Join us for a 4 day All Inclusive surf experience where you’ll connect with self, the ocean and a community of women through the Art of Surfing.

Our retreat house has 5 available rooms: 4 private rooms with king size beds and 1 shared room with 2 twin beds.
There is an option to share a private room with a friend at the shared room price. Please book a private room to hold your spot (paying 50% deposit), then call us to book your friend.

Meet Your Hosts

Megan Dixon
Megan's journey spans from her Outer Banks upbringing to living in places like DC, New York, Richmond, and Bali. Returning to the Outer Banks in 2017, she decided to learn how to surf, the best decision of her life! Megan's a year-round water enthusiast. She runs Waymaker Fishing Charters with her partner Lewis. She is also a co-founder of Outer Banks Montessori Collective, a Nags Head school. Megan finds joy in the Outer Surf family and the vibrant local business community on the beach.

Lindsey Herring
Lindsey is an experienced surfer and surf instructor of over 10 years. In 2017, she became a Certified Health and Life Coach, using her expertise to guide others in adopting healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. Lindsey is our surf camp manager here at Outer Surf. She teaches young girls and women how to surf while fostering self-esteem, self-care, and self-expression. In and out of the water, she's a supportive presence, dedicated to building relationships and community.

Bri Young
Bri is a native to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Growing up on this special sandbar made her fall in love with the ocean at an early age. She has been a surf instructor in New Zealand, Hawaii and back home on the Outer Banks. She is a wife and a mom to a wild 1 year old. Her love for surfing, art, and teaching led her to create Outer Surf, with the hopes of inspiring and encouraging many other girls and women like myself.
*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund. Cancellation due to a hurricane warning will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking up until October 4th will receive 50% refund of the total. Deposit will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot. Full payment due by October 4th. Cancellations after October 4th will be charged the full price. In case of an emergency please call us. When you book with us, we are reserving your space and we expect you to adhere to the schedule of your reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
